LIVING
The handle of a door must be simple, aim for the essential: its reading must be evident, understandable at first glance.
For this collaboration with Olivari, Dominique Perrault wanted to create forms reduced to the essentials: a line drawn in space.

The essentially of Living is revealed in the interpenetration of elementary forms attributable to the two components of the handle: the horizontal part proper, intended for the socket, and the graft of the underlying volume, used for connection with the door plane and functioning as the axis of rotation.
